Braga Academy is a space in which Molino Braga and the best professionals of the bakery sectors, pizzeria, restaurant and pastry, think and prepare for the future. It consists of two laboratories:

  • The crafts lab: it suggests appropriate courses to think of new products and new ways to produce them.
  • The marketing & management lab: studies courses where the way we manage the company and how we stay in the company can be improved.
